This program is for parents of minor children who are divorcing or remain in family conflict since the divorce.   Sessions will be held at the Lawrence County Marriage & Family Alliance /Fathers Forever Coalition office ( 1129 16th Street, Bedford). This office is in the shopping center across from the Chamber of Commerce Building and at the intersection of 16th and “L” Streets.   For parents of children all 3 years and under The two session program meets on Mondays from 6:30-8:30pm, beginning the first Monday of each month.  These sessions are for the divorcing adults to attend together.  Written requests must be submitted to the court to attend separately or otherwise.  Your divorce cannot be finalized until the classes are completed accordingly. Cost is $75 per adult. For parents of children 4 to 18 years old The four session program meets on Mondays from 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning the first Monday of each month.  The first two sessions are for the divorcing adults, and the last two sessions are for the children to attend with their parents.  These sessions are for the divorcing adults to attend together. Written requests must be submitted to the court to attend separately, or otherwise. Your divorce cannot be finalized until the classes are completed accordingly. Cost is $150 per adult.   The fee for the program is either   $75.00   or   $150.00 per adult depending on the ages of your children.  The fee must be paid in advance at the Clerk’s Office located in the courthouse.  Take this paper & your court order to the clerks office so they will know what amount to charge.  The Clerk’s Office only accepts cash as payment.  You must bring your receipt of payment to the first session or you will not be able to stay otherwise.
